How does one apply for BUILD?

Step One
Call, write, or e-mail for an admissions packet to:

Step Two
Send the completed University application, $20 application fee, official high school transcript, and SAT or ACT scores to the Office of Admissions at the address shown above.

Step Three
Complete the printed BUILD application in the admissions packet or the online application and send the following items to:

  • Psychoeducational assessment including IQ within three (3) years (e.g., WISC-IV or WAIS)
  • Recent reading and mathematics subtests (e.g., KTEA or WIAT-II)

     

Admission into the BUILD program may only occur after a student has been accepted as a University of Indianapolis student. The faculty then approves a student for admission through an equitable admissions process. Prior to BUILD admission, the director will meet with each prospective student to evaluate the student's academic desire, potential, and college preparation.
